This policy outlines the refund terms for all services provided by Flaz.cloud (PT Ragam Gagas Berkarya). By using our services, you agree to the refund policy stated below.
1 Flaz.cloud Balance
Flaz.cloud Balance ("Balance") is a prepaid service credit that exists solely within the Flaz.cloud platform. It is not a form of money, currency, electronic money, or stored value under any applicable law or regulation.
- Balance cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a bank account, or withdrawn in any form.
- Balance has no monetary value outside of the Flaz.cloud platform and can only be used for purchasing Flaz.cloud services.
- Balance is not subject to interest or any form of financial return.
- Balance is non-transferable and tied exclusively to the account that purchased it.
2 No Refunds
All top-up transactions for Flaz.cloud Balance are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and Balance is credited to your account, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or accidental top-up.
- Unused Balance remaining in your account.
- Dissatisfaction with Flaz.cloud services.
- Account termination or suspension by the user.
- Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Service downtime, interruptions, or degraded performance.
3 Service Credits
In the event of significant and verified service outages or failures caused solely by Flaz.cloud, we may, at our sole discretion, issue service credits to affected accounts. Such credits:
- Are not a refund and have no cash value.
- Can only be applied toward future Flaz.cloud services.
- Are subject to the same non-refundable terms as purchased Balance.
- Must be claimed within 30 days of the qualifying incident.
To request a service credit, contact our support team via support ticket with details of the incident.
4 Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge to your payment method was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction), please contact us via support ticket within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, if confirmed as an error, process a correction accordingly.
Warning: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Flaz.cloud support may result in immediate account suspension.
5 Account Termination
Upon account termination — whether initiated by you or by Flaz.cloud due to a violation of our Terms of Service — any remaining Balance is forfeited and will not be refunded.
We strongly encourage you to use your Balance before closing your account.
6 Changes to This Policy
Flaz.cloud reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
